Los candidatos a la alcaldía Noé
Ortiz de País Para Todos y Teodoro Yacha Perú Primero, que fueron regidores en
el año 2019 y 2011 respectivamente, ahora buscan la alcaldía de la
Municipalidad Distrital Punchao de entre las cinco listas que
compiten por gobernar este distrito. Perú Primero, también tuvo inconveniencias
en la presentación de su plan de gobierno y su candidato a regidor Jhon
Palacios estuvo a punto de quedarse fuera de carrera porque según el organismo
electoral no demostraba residencia permanente por dos años. Similar objeción
tuvo Angela Santamaría de Libertad Popular, que logró resolver su
inadmisibilidad con una constancia domiciliaria.
Por último, Marco Huarac integrante
de la propuesta de Renovación no había solicitado licencia sin goce en la
Municipalidad de Arancay donde es responsable de Planeamiento y Presupuesto,
sin embargo, aclaró que brindaba sus servicios fuera de los regímenes laborales
sujetos a estas exigencias. Así están
